Filtrine chillers are designed to remove the dissipated heat from water cooled lasers, and to provide water temperatures above the dew point to avoid condensation. An optional pure system ensures that deionized water coolant comes in contact with stainless steel or polypropylene only. Solid state controls provide temperature stability within ±0.5°F (-17.5°C) and an ambient tracking thermostat is included.
After the coil is rolled and welded to the storage tank along with the piping, it is up to me to assemble it. I add and tighten the bands, put the end caps on and insulate the tank before it heads over to plumbing. For 11 years, I have been making sure each tank is built to Filtrine’s exacting standards.
