Tips on How to Get Your Filtrine Service Questions Answered Quickly
Unlike many organizations today, Filtrine has a receptionist who answers the phone and directs your call to the appropriate division and department. She will be asking the following questions:
1. | Do you have the serial number of the Filtrine unit in question? |
You can find it on your Product ID label either on your unit or in your manual. Where is it? See the Product Identification page. | |
2. | What type of equipment are you calling about, Filtrine process/medical/ingredient chillers or drinking water chillers? |

3. | Are you looking to replace or upgrade your Filtrine chiller or drinking water equipment? |
You will be directed to either the chiller or drinking water sales departments. | |
4. | Do you need service for your chiller or drinking water equipment? |
Then you will be sent to either the chiller or drinking water service departments, | |
5. | Are you ordering a part for a Filtrine product? |
If so, you will be directed to the Parts Department. They will ask the following questions: 1. What is the job name and serial number of your Filtrine equipment? 2. Could you email a photo of the part you would like to order? | |
6. | Looking for a manual? |
You will be asked for the Filtrine product’s serial number on the Product ID label in order to find the right manual. To find it, see the Product Identification page. | |
7. | Need a BIM drawing for a drinking fountain or a remote drinking water chiller? |
