The first Keene/Peterborough Chamber of Commerce (GKPC) Made in Monadnock video was shot at Filtrine Manufacturing Company in Keene. Filtrine is a drinking water equipment, water purification system and chiller manufacturer that is fifth generation, family-owned. The video starts off with the history of drinking water fountain manufacturing in the US and how Filtrine became a leader of the drinking water equipment industry. Then it outlines the steps in the production of a Filtrine drinking fountain.

The Made in Monadnock video series is an initiative of the Keene/Peterborough Chamber of Commerce). Michael Giacomo, a chemical manufacturing engineer who works at Markem-Imaje (a GKPC member), is spearheading the program. He says it “features all manufacturers and makers in the Monadnock region.” The second Made in Monadnock video was shot at the Outlaw Brewery in Winchester, NH about 15 miles south of Keene and Modestman Brewing in Keene.

In addition to GKPC members, Giacomo said their goal to cover “every place in the Greater Monadnock region.” The videos can be found on the GKPC channel on YouTube.
