Filtrine TMS1-0.5 Taste Master Point of Use (POU) Water Purifier

Removes 0.5 Micron Particles, Lead, Organic Tastes/Odors, Chlorine Taste/Odor, Pathogens; Flow Rate: 0.75 gpm

TMS1-0.5

Filtrine's point-of use (POU) water filter/purifiers are designed for an “under-fountain” installation. The world-famous Taste Master® (TMS) purifiers are contained in a stainless steel housing with an easy-to-change carbon block element design. The purifiers can either be installed behind a wall or in an optional “locking” in-wall cabinet (Filtrine Model IW) with a locking hinged door under the fountain(s).

Taste Master elements do not rely on cartridge compression. Filtrine's exclusive "Dual-Seal" design ensures first-day effectiveness for the life of the element.

Also used to provide "food-grade" ingredient water for bakery and other chillers.

Specifications:

The heavy-duty stainless steel Taste Master® point of use purifier housings are rated at 150 psi working pressure. They are built to outlast the piping in the building. The carbon block (a naturally occurring material) used in the Taste Master® purifier is biodegradable and can be replaced in less than 30 seconds, requiring no tools.

The Filtrine Model TMS1-5-0.5-CB carbon element meets the NSF/ANSI Standards 42 and 53 for removal of lead, sediment down to 0.5 micron particles, organic tastes/odors, chlorine taste/odors and cysts.

For installation behind a wall or in an optional “locking” in-wall cabinet, see the In-wall Filter/Purifier Specification Sheet in the Downloads section.
