Ultraviolet (UV) water sterilization is the safe alternative to chlorine for drinking water, storage tanks, ingredient chillers or pools. It is also highly effective in food processing or rainwater recovery systems.

In Filtrine’s ultraviolet sterilizers, called the Steri Flo® series, the UV radiation with a wave length of 2,536 angstrom, is produced from a low pressure mercury lamp.

Filtrine’s Model S15-05 UV water sterilizers feature: effective germicidal that eliminates micro-organisms, no use of chemicals or toxic products, low cost operation, easy installation and maintenance.

The UV water sterilizer is also available with a pre-filter (Filtrine Model SF) or the Steri Flo Taste Master (Filtrine Model IL-SF-TM) which combines the particulate filter (Model PF) as a pre-filter with the Taste Master® (Model TM) purifier.
