Sometimes an industry process cooling application is best solved with a Filtrine split system chiller. Quality construction combined with a variety of over 50 options and the best warranties in the business, Filtrine chillers provide consistent cooling for countless equipment and industrial process needs. Filtrine works with equipment manufacturers, owners or engineers to ensure the split system chiller will provide the most efficient and effective equipment cooling in a package that also meets the site requirements. Filtrine will build the split system chiller to meet the demands of the facility, as well as the demands of the equipment. Please review the process chiller table below to select the chiller model to meet your cooling requirements or feel free to contact us to discuss your specific needs. All chiller models are available in Closed Loop (PCP), Open Loop (POC) and One Pass (PC) configurations.
Split System Chillers
Filtrine offers two split system air cooled configurations, the AR and the ARC. The AR’s weather-resistant condenser in the outdoor section is installed in a remote location within 100' of the indoor section. The heat is rejected away outside vs inside. The ARC model cuts down on noise since both the condenser and the compressor are outside and located within 200’ of the indoor section which contains the evaporator, tank and pump. The indoor ARC tends to be smaller than the indoor AR.
Filtrine’s advanced split system engineering features include:
- Storage method of cooling with stainless steel chiller barrel and evaporator
- Coolant circulation pump sized to provide the proper flow rate and pressure
- Ambient air temperature range from -30°F to 120°F
- Variety of cabinet options such as stainless steel for corrosive environments or low profile for tight spaces
- Epoxy coating to withstand marine climates
- Worldwide power supply options
