Filtrine Bottle Filling Station Highlighted In NHDES Bi-Monthly "Environmental News" Article
Keene, NH - In an article in "Environmental News", (bottle filling station article is on page 6) published by the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES), there is a description of the state's prototype installation at its Concord, NH headquarters of Filtrine water bottle filling stations. Over a 12 month period, Filtrine and the NHDES worked together to install a total of four Model B103 stainless steel bottle filling stations.
In conjunction with the prototype installations, Filtrine aided in developing a "Green Grants Program" in New Hampshire, which provides avenues for local NH municipalities to secure funding for environmental projects (like installing water bottle filling stations) while educating their community about the importance of clean drinking water, and the steps that our local government can take to ensure the water sources are clean and safe.
