Filtrine remote drinking water chiller/purifiers are made-to-order based on your specifications and your unique application. Designed with a “storage type” evaporator, every unit maintains a large volume of chilled drinking water that is available at all times. Along with being more energy efficient, this chilled storage provides Filtrine water to multiple drinking fountains, “high flow” bottle filling stations, and other potable water fixtures from a single unit in a discrete remote location.

The recirculating remote drinking water chiller/cooler models include a small “lead-free” pump as part of the chiller package. These models are meant to be installed in a remote location (janitors’ closet, mechanical room, etc.) on the floor plan, and are capable of serving multiple outlets (i.e. drinking fountains) at great distances (any distance >12’). This method of drinking water distribution saves both wall-space at the outlet location, and money, because a single Filtrine remote chiller can replace multiple point-of-use electric water coolers.

While all of Filtrine’s chillers use the storage concept in their design, not all of the models require recirculation. In applications where the outlet(s) are within 12’ of the remote chiller location, a non-recirculating model is adequate.
