CHILL AND SAVE ENERGY
The Chiller/Purifier/Circulator is able to serve constant 50°F temperature water because, unlike conventional electric water coolers (EWC's), it employs a large energy-saving, insulated reservoir. This allows the unit to build a reserve of chilled water during low usage periods to fill personal water containers and handle the peak demands of lunch hours, coffee breaks, etc. and still meet the low average draw. A single In-Wall unit uses less energy than multiple EWC’s serving a comparable population.
DISTRIBUTE THROUGH THE PLENUM
The purified chilled water is then distributed through the insulated, flexible piping located in the plenum (schematic below) above hung ceiling and drops down as required to feed a random layout of potable water outlets in such locations as corridors, offices, break rooms, classrooms, hospital patients’ rooms, etc. on the same or adjacent floors. Provide a return line for continuous recirculation… completing the Plenum Delivery System.
FILLING STATIONS... DRINKING FOUNTAINS OF THE FUTURE
Bottled water is not the answer to employees who shun conventional tap water bubblers. The sustainable solution is to install Filling Stations to refill personal water containers or carafes. By installing one filling station for every (25) users, purified chilled water is delivered automatically to provide convenient refilling of personal containers which eliminates both cost of bottled water and the storage and disposal of empty bottles.
